Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted with Hostinger. Like most web hosts, the server automatically records technical access data (such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and the page requested) in server log files for security and operational purposes. This is not used to identify individual visitors.

What data is processed via the contact form

When you use the inquiry form on the Contact page, the following information is processed: your name, email address, the type of inquiry, and your message — and, only if you choose to provide them, your telephone number, position or role, organisation, production/project, proposed date, and venue.

Voluntary telephone number

A telephone number is entirely optional. If you provide one, it is used only to help Sandra Šarikovaitė reply to your specific inquiry, and it is never published or displayed publicly on this website.

Purpose and legal basis

Submitted information is used solely to receive, read and respond to your professional inquiry, based on your consent (confirmed via the form's checkbox) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in responding to unsolicited professional correspondence. It is not used for marketing, added to a newsletter, or shared with third parties beyond the technical services listed below.

External services used

• Formspree — receives the form submission and forwards it by email. See Formspree's own privacy policy for how it processes data on its servers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a human-verification service used to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process technical data such as your browser and IP address as part of its verification check. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — video content on the Media page is hosted on YouTube. No connection to YouTube is made until you actively click to play a video. Playback then uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Vimeo — some video content on the Media page is hosted on Vimeo. No connection to Vimeo is made until you actively click to play a video. See Vimeo's own privacy policy for details.

The Home hero video and the two Studio videos are hosted locally on this website's own server and do not involve any third-party video service.

Fonts

This website uses the Bodoni Moda and Inter typefaces, both self-hosted on this website's own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service is made when you visit this site.

Language preference

If you switch between the English and German versions of this site, your language choice may be remembered locally in your browser so that it can be applied on a later visit. This information is not transmitted to any server.

Retention

Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and are then deleted. The exact retention period will be confirmed once final hosting and Formspree settings are in place.

International data transfers

Formspree, Cloudflare, YouTube (Google) and Vimeo are services whose infrastructure may process data outside the European Union / European Economic Area. Each provider offers contractual safeguards for such transfers; see their respective privacy policies for details.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
